Job Description
Transunion Interactive, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Transunion LLC) seeks: Sr. Engineers for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Develop consumer-facing software applications. Interface with front-end and back-end engineers, product owners, SRE teams, among others, to develop software applications. Participate and contribute to full software develop lifecycle activities, software reviews, effort sizing and write unit and system tests. Research and share software application development and SRE practices. Develop customer journeys and person driven large scale applications based on Content Management System (CMS). Troubleshoot defects in code on front and back end. Technical environment: UI/Front End Development; APIs, REST Web services; Javascript (React, angular), JQuery; Rally, Atlassian; IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ); Jira; SQL; CI/CD tools; Splunk; Google Analytics.
Job Requirements
*Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any Engineering field or Information Systems or Security or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or in software design required. Required skills: software development using UI/Front End Development; Javascript (React, angular), JQuery; Rally, Atlassian; IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ); Jira; SQL; CI/CD tools; Splunk; Google Analytics; hands on experience developing customer journeys, person driven large scale applications based on CMS; troubleshooting defects in code on front and back end. Telecommuting permitted. (*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any Engineering field or Information Systems or Security or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered or in software design also acceptable).
