About the position:

Field enablement is the critical link in our go-to-market strategy. The Ideal candidate should have a strong mix of non-technical “front of the classroom delivery” enablement skills and technical skills. The Sr. Field Enablement Trainer will be responsible for driving efficiency across the sales organization. This will be achieved by automating high-impact activities and continuously optimizing the processes, tools and integrations used by the sales teams.

The Sr. Field Enablement Trainer will hold a key individual contributor role in influencing revenue by supporting our Field Sales organization's success. This position will be focused on enablement and systems to improve the productivity and ramp time for our Customer Success organization. This individual should be skilled at understanding stakeholder needs and translating those into a world-class enablement program. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive the Sales Enablement learning strategy across the enterprise and commercial sales teams specifically Customer Success 
  • Deliver comprehensive learning programs for CS managers and their CS teams.  
  • Provide technical product guidance and workflow expertise in the field for crucial deals.
  • Identify gaps/needs & collaborate on training for Customer Success
  • Maximize training effectiveness by contributing to content creation and employing innovative blended learning methodologies to deliver content via on-demand, webinar workshops and classroom training sessions
  • Work with other departments (IT, Marketing, CS, HR, Recruiting, Facilities, etc.) to enhance the CS learning experience 
  • Provide feedback against learning objectives, define learning metrics and measures and share insights on the impact of learning and development on CS performance

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of Sales Enablement and/or training facilitation and delivery experience
  • Broad knowledge of stroke/vascular diseases and workflow automation
  • Strong Presentation and Facilitation Skills 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in adult education, competency learning design, curriculum and instructional design and development
  • Ability to travel 50% (Post COVID-19 Travel Restrictions)

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Selling in a cloud based, SaaS market space such as Marketo, Oracle and/or Salesforce.com product knowledge
  • 2 – 3 years of sales experience in customer-facing role such as in Sales Rep./Account Management and/or Customer Success
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
  • Demonstrated agility in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate strong relationships
  • Additional certifications in Facilitation, Coaching and Instructional Design

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
