Pluralsight's Product & Tech Financial Planning & Analysis team plays a key role in the success of both the broader FP&A team and the company's Product & Tech functions. As a member of the Product & Tech FP&A team you'll wear both reporting and budget management hats simultaneously. You'll work with Product & Tech executives and VPs to manage budgets while driving strategic priorities for their groups, and will play an important role in developing and improving our short- and long-term consolidated financial models. You'll also help handle reporting, critical metrics, and our Anaplan financial model. What you'll own:

• Partnering with Product & Tech executives and providing financial support as it relates to business and investment decision-making including preparing and reviewing financial analyses
• Assist in the annual planning/budgeting process for the Product & Tech organization including and identifying reporting efficiencies and improvements
• Assist with financial reporting outputs for board presentations and Product & Tech leadership
• Reporting of budget to actuals and quarterly business reviews for the Product & Tech organization
• Key inputs that drive Pluralsight's short- and long-term financial model
• Ad hoc modeling to support company and Product & Tech initiatives

Experience you'll need:

• Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related or equivalent experience; preferably experience in SaaS FP&A
• Budget management and reporting experience
• Proficient in MS Excel (GSuite and Anaplan experience are a plus)
• Complex model building experience and a knack for solving problems
• Experience with tracking cloud hosting spend within an organization is a plus
