Sr GTM Business/System Specialist

Come be an important part of our growth by founding the role of Business Systems Analyst for the Go-to-Market Business Systems part of the organization. Key responsibilities include demonstrating business applications product expertise as well as specifying and documenting technical requirements for solving the organization’s process & system challenges. The work you implement will have a direct impact on our team’s productivity and our organization’s overall growth. You will be expected to work with our business stakeholders at all levels, using your functional/business expertise and technical proficiencies to understand the challenges they face and provide context to team leadership for work prioritization and organization. You’ll work alongside the Product Manager - Business Systems on ticket intake processes, eliciting and documenting systems requirements. What You'll Do

• Develop system solutions that aligns to GTM business requirements to improve sales efficiency
• Assess and generate technical scopes of work and detailed design for system solutions
• Provide Salesforce product expertise, combining business knowledge and technical skill
• Provide expert-level advice regarding sales/SE/SDR/PartnerCS system stacks to the GTM teams
• Assist VP of Revenue operations with S&M steerco committee meeting preparation and project prioritization
• Maintain quality assurance by following organization and department standards
• Use systems thinking to workshop complex problems with GTM business partners, identify solutions, and document requirements.
• Establish systems analysis frameworks, patterns and practices for revenue operations.
• Coordinate with BSYS admins and developers to resolve technical issues
• Provide guidance to the business on implementation strategies & best practices
• Participate in ticket intake process, assuring tickets are ready for stakeholder prioritization and team grooming ceremonies
• Improve the overall quality and completeness of documentation
• Contribute to strategic roadmap planning activities and team process improvement to increase results
• Maintain quality assurance by following organization and department standards

What We're Looking For

• Solid understanding of the sales process and sales cycles
• Business Analytical work experience 
• Solid understanding and ability to solution business application integrations with other systems
• Ability to create and interpret system / business requirements and prepare specification and design documents for developers
• A deep understanding of the Lead to Cash processes at scale
• Success working independently with distributed stakeholders and development teams.
• The ability to discuss high-level best practices for Salesforce, systems and tools
• Must excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Partner with cross-functional leaders that address strategic business issues and create plans to apply appropriate technology solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a pleasant, supportive, and customer-focused personality and the ability to work across all levels in an organization
• Outstanding attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Ability to follow through on sometimes ambiguous issues until resolved
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ.
• Experience working on projects that rely on integrations between Salesforce and Other systems and applications to facilitate the order-to-cash process.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator, CPQ certification.
• Working knowledge of Looker,  ZoomInfo, GONG, Clari, NetSuite
