About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Training & Enablement, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Growth is in our mandate and we need people to do it. Our culture is renowned, and our goal is to build it and keep it!

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Sales Enablement, this role will work jointly with external partners, partner marketing, and the overall leadership team to develop and implement joint-value partner programs, sales plays, go-to-market strategies, and business development initiatives that generate revenue and enable G-P’s sales partners.

What you can expect to do:

  • Articulate a clear vision of future state, outline the steps required to get there, and secure the commitment of leadership to meet quarterly objectives to successfully launch the new partner program(s).
  • Diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks and coming up with appropriate resolutions.
  • Must be a team player who is goal-oriented and confident, with aptitude to work both independently and have the background to lead and build high-performing teams to manage our top tier partner relationships.
  • Oversee the current partner enablement programs for both onboarding and continuing enablement.
  • Identify future training/enablement needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training, implementing new approaches and techniques, as necessary.
  • Map the effectiveness of partner training to corporate objectives and relevant KPIs.
  • Assist with Sales Enablement, taking primary ownership of Sales Enablement systems that interface with our partner ecosystem (currently HighSpot, Salesforce Knowledge and Impartner (Partner Portal)).
  • Assist with other training initiatives as needed, for both Partner and Sales departments.

What we are looking for:

  • The ideal candidate must have 6 – 8 years of growing and closing deals through external partners.
  • Strong capabilities in building and executing channel strategies while creating and presenting milestones, measuring performance and being accountable for results to executive management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent analytical, coaching, oral and written communication skills.
  • The successful candidate will be adaptable and flexible, able to work and thrive in an environment that is evolving and rapidly growing.
  • Ability to travel globally up to 40%.
  • A charismatic and engaging personality that knows how to get stuff done!

Compensation

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $124,000.00 to $155,000.00. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
