Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle
Job Description
We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own customer messaging and positioning, and drive customer satisfaction and retention through strategic communications and go-to-market activities. This role will be responsible for narratives that articulate product value across the customer lifecycle and will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Data Science and Operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive and support ongoing go-to-market initiatives including internal enablement, integrated marketing campaigns, and customer communications
- Partner closely with data science to identify and articulate compelling narratives around key metrics & value drivers, and enable Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to confidently deliver meaningful business reviews to customers
- Develop compelling marketing materials that demonstrate the qualitative and quantitative value of Spring Health and own the customer communications calendar
- Understand the end-to-end customer lifecycle and help identify opportunities to introduce product-driven member engagement, customer satisfaction, and upsell/retention
- Support the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) through program refinement and execution, including loyalty/innovation opportunities and champion programs
- Synthesize customer insights and cascade knowledge to inform cross-functional initiatives and strategies, including product (product roadmap), content marketing (case studies), customer success (account management), and sales (logos and referrals)
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, specifically managing B2B products
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Working knowledge of employee benefits, health plans and/or health care innovation landscape (behavioral/mental health experience would be ideal but not required)
- Experience working with the product teams and shaping product strategy
- Ability to synthesize business objectives to develop GTM strategies with clearly defined metrics and KPIs
- Demonstrated success in positioning and messaging complex products to different customer types through exceptional written and verbal communication
- Navigate a changing, complex environment and move quickly to solve problems
- Bias for action, affinity toward data, and creativity around complex business challenges
- Adept at building and maintaining internal networks while representing and elevating the voice of the customer
- Enthusiasm for healthcare innovation and tech, as well as business and strategy
The target salary range for this position is $148,750 - $161,875, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
