Overview 

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Electric, you will be responsible for the administration of our Salesforce organization.  The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical, analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.  The Senior Salesforce Administrator will work with various departments, including but not limited to Sales, Operations, Customer Success, to identify, develop and deploy new business processes, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. You should be comfortable with assembling business requirements, documenting workflows, hands-on configuration and troubleshooting issues.

What you’ll do 

  • Establish and implement change control and best practices around system maintenance, configuration, deployment, testing and data integrity
  • Engage with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables that meet high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency
  • Identify production risks and areas of improvement within our Salesforce instance.  Define best practices and implement them
  • Provide guidance around integrations with Salesforce (e.g. Marketo, DocuSign, Zoominfo)
  • Manage and mentor Salesforce Administrators
  • Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving complex data or Salesforce issues in collaboration with end users

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce certificate required
  • 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce platform
  • 2+ years as an admin in highly complex Salesforce org
  • Apex or other programming language experience is a nice to have
  • Experience managing multiple applications in a single org
  • Experience with Jira or other Agile project management platforms
  • Knowledge of the platform and understanding of automation best practices
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with executive management, business users and technical staff
  • Strong desire for continuous improvement, problem-solving with a customer service mentality
