As we continue to trailblaze, we are seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist who will perform full life cycle recruitment. Responsibilities include:
- Partner with leadership, hiring managers, and HR teammates to meet business hiring needs support of cutting edge recruiting strategies
- Perform full life cycle recruiting of professional positions and provide support for other functional areas as needed
- Use sourcing techniques and resources such as social and traditional networking tools, Boolean searches, and referrals to identify diverse candidates
- Drive the offer process, including negotiating salaries, extending offers, and closing candidates
- Partner with Human Resources on ERG and DE&I Initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company and OFCCP policies and processes and effectively influence hiring managers regarding their compliance responsibilities.
- Maintain recruiting metrics and recordkeeping including applicant tracking and other hiring related documentation for OFCCP compliance
What you will need:
- Bachelorโs degree and 5+ years of technical recruiting experience; 4 years additional experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience recruiting for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) positions
- Experience and understanding of recruiting techniques and tools including social networking, Boolean searching and traditional networking methodologies
- Demonstrated relationship building, client, influencing skills, and excellent teamwork skills
- Experience measuring performance via metrics and presenting findings
- Understanding of employment law and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) principles
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, applicant tracking systems)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance; U.S. citizenship as required by the Department of Defense
- Familiarity with security clearance requirements for DoD customers is preferred
