Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with leadership, hiring managers, and HR teammates to meet business hiring needs support of cutting edge recruiting strategies
• Perform full life cycle recruiting of professional positions and provide support for other functional areas as needed
• Use sourcing techniques and resources such as social and traditional networking tools, Boolean searches, and referrals to identify diverse candidates
• Drive the offer process, including negotiating salaries, extending offers, and closing candidates
• Partner with Human Resources on ERG and DE&I Initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company and OFCCP policies and processes and effectively influence hiring managers regarding their compliance responsibilities.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and recordkeeping including applicant tracking and other hiring related documentation for OFCCP compliance

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of technical recruiting experience; 4 years additional experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience recruiting for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) positions
• Experience and understanding of recruiting techniques and tools including social networking, Boolean searching and traditional networking methodologies
• Demonstrated relationship building, client, influencing skills, and excellent teamwork skills
• Experience measuring performance via metrics and presenting findings
• Understanding of employment law and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) principles
• Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, applicant tracking systems)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance; U.S. citizenship as required by the Department of Defense

• Familiarity with security clearance requirements for DoD customers is preferred
