Job Description
F&G is hiring for a Senior Talent Management Specialist. This role is responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation, and measurerement of key Talent Management programs including talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the design, operations, and measurement of talent management programs
- Create talent review and succession planning tools and templates.
- In partnership with HR Business Partners, co-facilitate talent review sessions
- Monitor individual development plans for high potentials and succession candidates and develop key measures to report on progress
- Enter and maintain talent data into talent management system
- Analyze talent data to determine individual and organization development needs
- Partner with talent management system administer to develop technology recommendations and requirements
- Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand talent management needs and identify opportunities to deliver talent management solutions
- Partner with Workforce Intelligence team to design and automate talent management metrics
- Support the 360 assessment program by delivering coaching sessions with employees who complete 360s
- Make recommendations regarding the selection of talent management vendors
- Support the development of an internal talent movement process and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure strategic talent deployment
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices for talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Support administration of leadership development programs (e.g., nominiation process, content development, program logistics and program evaluation)
- Ensure talent management programs are aligned with F&G’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy
- Engage with top talent to assess development needs and goals, engagement, promotion readiness, potential, flight risk, and performance
Experience and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Development/Management (with roles of increasing responsibility)
- Experience designing, implementing and measuring Talent Development/Management programs
- Experience with Cornerstone On Demand is preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of core talent management processes (e.g., talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development and coaching) and corresponding metrics and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to create programs for high potential talent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages in a compelling manner to internal stakeholders
- Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners
- Ability to manage large-scale talent management projects
- Experience using technology to automate and measure talent management processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative talent management solutions to achieve business results
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships and the ability to model our core values: Collaborative, Authentic, Dynamic, Empowered and Inclusive.

- Regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to travel up to 20%
