Job Description:
The Sr. Value Realization Manager is an ambitious, curious, strategically-minded contributor within the Customer Success Center of Excellence - Value Realization team. This team empowers customer success teams with a Customer Value Management methodology to improve customer adoption rates, retention rates, cross-sell and upsell efforts, and increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
The Value Realization team exists to:
  • ensure that the business impact promised to a customer pre-sale is realized post-sale
  • quantify the amount of business value delivered to customers to build more loyal customers and improve renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • strengthen relationships with customers by demonstrating alignment with their strategic goals and quantifying Pluralsight's impact against their goals
  • empower CSMs to have value-centric Executive-level partnership conversations with their customers, communicate the value achieved and ensure future plans are aligned with the customer's business goals and initiatives

What you'll own:
The Sr. Value Realization Manager will support our customers and our customer-facing teams by delivering:
  • customer data benchmark analysis to inform our pre-sale value engineering and post-sale value realization toolkits
  • build value models to produce program value analyses
  • insights and business value proof points for customer program reports, EBRs, renewal proposals, testimonials and case studies
  • thought leadership to improve CSMs' value-selling maturity and Pluralsight's brand value
  • ideas to innovate and scale our Customer Value Management tools

Experience you'll need:
  • 5 years experience in customer success, sales, value engineering or realization, or other customer-facing consultative roles
  • Experience influencing customer decision-making and delivering SaaS solutions of varying size and complexity
  • Bachelor's Degree, concentrations in business a plus
  • 2+ Years experience leading large, cross-functional projects
