Sr.Net Suite Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. NetSuite Developer based in India.

This role is an opportunity to take ownership of NetSuite ERP development and optimization within a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will be responsible for designing, customizing, and enhancing NetSuite solutions that support critical business functions such as finance, operations, and reporting. The position requires a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise and functional understanding of enterprise business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions, improve system performance, and enable better decision-making through advanced reporting and dashboards. The role also involves leading integrations, ensuring data integrity, and supporting system upgrades across production and sandbox environments. It is well-suited for a senior developer who thrives in independent execution while contributing to broader system architecture and process improvements.

• Design, develop, and customize NetSuite ERP modules, including SuiteScript, workflows, custom records, forms, and fields to support evolving business requirements.
• Lead reporting, analytics, and dashboard development to provide actionable insights for finance, operations, and executive teams.
• Manage and execute system integrations across NetSuite and other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and platform stability.
• Perform system testing, upgrade validation, and release readiness checks across production and sandbox environments to maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Support ongoing platform optimization by evaluating existing workflows and implementing improvements aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP development experience with strong day-to-day platform management expertise.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, SuiteScript, and NetSuite SuiteCloud customization tools.
• Deep understanding of NetSuite ERP functionalities, including workflows, saved searches, custom reports, dashboards, and configurations.
• Experience working in domains such as finance, accounting, manufacturing, or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality technical solutions with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as JIRA, along with preferred certifications like NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II or NetSuite Administrator/Consultant.
