This role sits within a dynamic, fast-growing international environment where finance plays a key role in ensuring operational accuracy and business scalability. You will be part of a collaborative Accounting & Finance team supporting multi-entity and multi-currency operations across regions. The position focuses on hands-on accounting activities, month-end close processes, and ensuring the integrity of financial records. You will contribute directly to building efficient, scalable accounting workflows while maintaining strong attention to detail and compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help strengthen internal controls and improve financial reporting quality. Accountabilities:

  • Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments with proper supporting documentation to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
  • Support the monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met and financial reporting is delivered on time.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and audit documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support internal control processes by ensuring transaction completeness, accuracy, and adherence to financial procedures.
  • Contribute to system and process improvements, including ERP enhancements and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient close cycle.
  • Requirements:

    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or similar finance roles.
    • Solid understanding of core accounting principles and month-end close processes.
    • Experience working with multi-currency entities is highly valued.
    • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
    • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate and ask questions when needed.
    • Ability to manage repetitive and structured tasks in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
    • Advanced English proficiency for international communication.
    • Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite and US GAAP is a plus.
