You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities. Accountabilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations for assigned entities, including cash management and general ledger activities
  • Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate monthly financial statement generation
  • Perform bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of variances
  • Analyze financial reports, identify trends or anomalies, and communicate findings to management
  • Support month-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting documentation
  • Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts, accounts receivable, and fixed assets
  • Conduct inventory reviews and ensure accurate accounting treatment of variances
  • Assist with payroll and benefits accounting, including analysis of fluctuations and reporting
  • Facilitate cash flow management and distribution activities across assigned entities
  • Provide guidance and training to operational teams on financial best practices and process improvements
  • Participate in audits, compliance checks, and special financial analysis projects
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
    • Entry-level to early-career experience in accounting; public accounting or industry experience is a plus
    • Exposure to healthcare or multi-entity environments is advantageous
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations
    • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
    • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
