This role offers an opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of membership and credits programs that directly impact customer engagement and lifetime value. You will define the vision for membership plans, loyalty systems, and cashback experiences, while building scalable platform capabilities for other teams to integrate. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Finance, and Operations, you will ensure cohesive, sustainable, and delightful experiences for millions of users. The role demands strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a data-driven approach to create measurable business impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position allows for broad influence across product areas and potential growth into formal leadership over product managers.
Accountabilities:
- Define and drive multi-quarter vision, strategy, and roadmap for memberships, credits, and cashback programs
- Own key metrics such as membership adoption, retention, credit issuance/redemption, and contribution margin
- Design and manage membership plans including pricing, tiers, trials, renewals, and promotional constructs
- Lead development of credits and cashback platforms, ensuring integration across products and channels
- Set operational and financial guardrails with Finance, Risk, and Fraud teams to prevent abuse and maintain margins
- Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, and Operations teams, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Drive experimentation and insights, using data, customer research, and analytics to prioritize features and optimize experiences
- Mentor product managers and partners on product thinking, platform strategy, and experimentation best practices
- 6+ years of B2C product management experience with end-to-end ownership of significant product areas
- Deep experience in consumer fintech, including memberships, loyalty programs, rewards, credits, or cashback systems
- Experience with financial infrastructure: wallets, ledgers, payouts/refunds, payment processors, risk, and compliance
- Strong data fluency: comfortable with metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex systems and strategies to executives, partners, and teams
- High ownership, bias for action, and ability to structure solutions in ambiguous situations
- Bonus: experience with fraud/risk management, mentorship of PMs, and familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Looker, Figma, Jira, Notion, SQL
