  • Manage detailed project schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk assessments to support successful delivery outcomes.
  • Oversee project Management of Change (MoC) and Request for Information (RFI) processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors, fabricators, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, mitigation plans, and opportunities clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and fabrication inspections during key project phases to monitor progress and support issue resolution.
  • Onboard and manage external partners and resources to support project execution objectives.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing complex industrial or infrastructure projects.
    • Proven experience delivering plant projects within sectors such as renewable energy, petrochemical refining, gas processing, or power systems.
    • Strong background managing projects through the full project lifecycle, including design, construction, and commissioning phases.
    • Experience serving as the primary customer interface for large-scale technical or industrial projects.
    • Solid understanding of European project execution standards, regulations, and best practices.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Fluent English language skills; Spanish proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
    • Previous experience managing projects in Spain is preferred.
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% during critical project phases.
    • Benefits:

      • Remote-based role with flexibility to work across Europe.
      • Competitive compensation package including base salary and performance-based incentives.
      • Equity participation opportunities.
      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
      • Retirement savings support with employer contribution programs.
      • Generous paid time off and leave programs.
      • Monthly mobile phone allowance.
      • Exposure to innovative renewable energy projects with global impact.
      • Collaborative and inclusive international work environment focused on sustainability and innovation.
