Legora is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to play a lead role in shipping high-impact features and building scalable systems. In this senior position you’ll own delivery of technical solutions from design through production driving innovation while collaborating closely with Product Engineering and other teams.

• Architect design and ship new features with a focus on speed quality and reliability

• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs and product ideas into robust technical solutions

• Lead engineers through the full software development lifecycle—from ideation and scoping to development release and ongoing optimization

• Champion automation and process improvements that accelerate feature delivery and maintain technical excellence

• Ensure code quality documentation and compliance standards are met as features move from prototype to release

• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative high-trust environment that values rapid delivery

• Extensive experience in software engineering with a history of shipping impactful features in complex systems

• Deep understanding of system design software architecture and modern development practices

• Effective technical leader and mentor who prioritizes feature delivery without sacrificing quality

• Exceptional collaborator and communicator comfortable working across disciplines and with stakeholders at all levels

• Advocate for continuous delivery automation and process efficiency
