Accountabilities:

The Staff Technical Recruiter, Engineering will own end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical teams, ensuring strong talent pipelines and effective hiring outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with engineering leaders, proactive sourcing, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, engineering management, and technical program management roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage high-quality technical candidates, including passive talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and provide clear hiring updates.
  • Build and maintain scalable talent pipelines through research, outreach strategies, and recruiting technologies.
  • Collaborate with recruiting peers to share market insights, coordinate hiring activities, and improve team efficiency.
  • Enhance recruiting workflows, processes, and systems to support consistent and effective hiring practices.
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve candidate discovery and engagement.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and organized interview processes.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate is an experienced technical recruiter with a strong understanding of engineering talent markets and the ability to operate strategically while managing multiple priorities. Success in this role requires excellent communication, sourcing expertise, and strong partnership skills.

    • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring for technical roles.
    • Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates through research, networking, outreach, and modern recruiting tools.
    • Experience recruiting software engineers across areas such as backend, web, mobile, infrastructure, or related technical domains.
    • Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and provide insights on talent markets, pipelines, challenges, and hiring progress.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms such as Greenhouse, Gem, or similar tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
    • Comfortable using AI-powered recruiting tools and exploring new technologies to improve sourcing and recruitment workflows.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
