We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where we put our customers and people first.

About the role:

This role will primarily drive hiring efforts for Software Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, User Researchers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, DevSecOps, Product Managers, and everything in between.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will use your skills to:

• Function in a full life cycle recruiting capacity, open requisitions, review and screen applicants, manage candidate communication, pipeline, and offer negotiation
• Collaborate and partner with Director of Talent, Hiring Managers, and Program Managers to understand hiring requirements and needs, identify key resources, gaps, and support strategic hiring plans in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process for both internal and external stakeholders
• Bring a mission driven mindset and a consultative approach to supporting recruiting efforts and teams
• Support data driven metrics and compliance by upholding data integrity and process

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of full life cycle experience and knowledge in Technical, IT, and Engineering related industries or fields
• Proven ability and experience creating and generating pipelines of both active and passive candidates; exceptional understanding and experience using digital platforms, search engines, boolean strings, job boards, digital and social media platforms
  
• A strong network of talent either in tech startups and/or Engineering/Product/Design
• Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, service oriented and high sense of urgency to meet hiring needs
• Strong reporting and communication skills

• Proposal recruiting experience
• Experience in government contracting
• A strong desire for leadership & growth
• In-depth knowledge OFCCP/EEO laws and regulations
• Inclusion Diversity Recruiting, Diversity Conference and/or Campus Recruiting experience
• Experience planning and driving successful virtual or in-person recruiting events
