This role sits at the center of strategic enterprise growth, managing high-value ISV relationships within a complex communications and API-driven ecosystem. You will be responsible for expanding and protecting revenue across key enterprise accounts that rely on messaging, voice, and email infrastructure at global scale. Operating in a highly consultative and data-driven environment, you will shape account strategy, uncover expansion opportunities, and drive long-term commercial success. This position requires strong executive presence and the ability to engage deeply with both technical and business stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with product, finance, services, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize customer impact. It is a fast-paced, remote-first role where precision, strategy, and relationship-building directly influence revenue outcomes.

Accountabilities:

This role focuses on managing and growing strategic ISV customer relationships while driving revenue and margin expansion through structured, data-driven account planning.

  • Own and expand key enterprise ISV accounts, ensuring long-term revenue growth and retention
  • Develop and execute account strategies to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead highly consultative, analytical sales cycles with senior technical and business stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting through CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, finance, support, and services
  • Act as a customer advocate internally while aligning solutions to complex enterprise needs
  • Deliver consistent performance against revenue, gross profit, and strategic growth targets
  • Requirements:
    The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise sales expertise with a proven ability to manage complex, technical, and data-driven sales environments.

    • 5+ years of tech sales experience, including at least 3 years in a full-cycle closing role
    • Proven success in enterprise account management, including upsell and cross-sell responsibilities
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven account strategy and financial forecasting
    • Ability to engage and influence both technical and executive-level stakeholders
    • Experience working with SaaS, CPaaS, PaaS, or API-based solutions preferred
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and optimize sales processes
