This role is a high-impact commercial and customer success position focused on expanding strategic healthcare accounts across a defined regional market. You will be responsible for driving growth through upselling, expansion, and competitive conversions while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders, helping organizations maximize value and ROI from clinical and technology solutions.
The position blends strategic account planning, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will manage key relationships, facilitate executive-level discussions, and ensure alignment between customer needs and solution capabilities.
You will also use data-driven insights to influence decision-making, strengthen account performance, and improve overall customer outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive account growth through upselling, expansion, and competitive conversion strategies across key healthcare customers.
  • Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
  • Own account planning activities, including the development and execution of strategic action plans for key accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by demonstrating ROI and reinforcing long-term value delivery.
  • Lead executive-level meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions with director-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and customer success to improve outcomes and execution quality.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline management using Salesforce and related tools.
  • Participate in deal reviews and close planning processes to improve win rates and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 5+ years of sales or account management experience in healthcare, ideally selling clinical or technology solutions.
    • Proven track record of managing and closing complex deals with annual values of $500K or more.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare markets, products, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder engagement.
    • Strong analytical ability with experience using data to measure ROI and support strategic recommendations.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
    • Willingness to travel at least 20% as required.
    • Consultative, data-driven, and solution-oriented approach to account management.
