Strategic Consultant

• Own the consolidation analysis and interpretation of data from multiple sources to deliver high-impact insights to key stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Translate complex data and insights into clear compelling narratives and presentations with actionable recommendations leveraging data visualization tools.
• Contribute to complex cross functional projects that address strategic questions and support business unit and broader organizational objectives.
• Partner closely with the Strategy Execution and Analytics team and senior leaders to develop reporting that drives revenue growth analyzes performance trends and evaluates profitability across business segments.
• Engage with key stakeholders and senior leaders to communicate your insights and recommendations on how to advance the business forward

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 5 years of experience
• 2+ years of progressive experience using data analysis and strategic concepts.
• 2+ years of experience contributing to complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders i

• Powerful communication: ability to create simple powerful and data-driven presentations and effectively use storytelling to influence senior leaders and help their decision-making.
• Familiarity and working knowledge with data visualization and automation tools (i.e. Tableau PowerBI MicroStrategy)
• Demonstrated hypothesis driven problem-solving ability including skillful translation of business questions into data analytics projects.
• Prior experience in Financial Services including familiarity with distribution datasets.
• Expert with Microsoft Office products (Word Excel and Powerpoint)
• Proven success in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
• Experience processing manipulating validating and analyzing large amounts of data by utilizing the latest technology (Excel SQL Alteryx R or Python etc.)

• Regular meetings with the Strategy Execution and Analytics team and business leaders across Third Party Distribution and New Markets
• Focused one-on-one meetings with the Head of Strategy Execution and Analytics
• Networking opportunities including access to Asian Hispanic/Latinx African American women LGBTQIA+ veteran and disability-focused Business Resource Groups
