- Multi-thread relationships across C-suite and senior decision-makers to build trust and accelerate deal progression.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined opportunity tracking.

- Provide structured feedback from the market to inform product strategy and competitive positioning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering insights on payer market trends, value-based care, and affordability transformation.
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong hunter mindset and consistent quota achievement.
- Proven success in closing new logos within US health plans, payers, or similar complex healthcare markets.
- Deep understanding of payer operations, value-based care, reimbursement models, and Alternative Payment Models (APMs).
- Strong consultative selling skills across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience leading long, complex sales cycles involving procurement, RFPs, and legal negotiations.
- Ability to build and defend ROI models and executive-level business cases.
- Strong territory planning, pipeline generation, and account strategy capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at C-suite level.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales enablement or AI-assisted tools.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Fully remote work model with flexibility and reduced commuting requirements.
- Competitive compensation package including performance-based incentives.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage options.
- 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
- Generous PTO policy including holidays, floating days, and volunteer time off.
- Wellness programs and mental health support resources.
