The Office of the CAO leads foundational enterprise functions in partnership with the business and other functional leads to enable our firm to grow and scale with disciplined controls, risk management, and continuous process improvement.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a project manager to join the Strategic Implementation team, responsible for helping drive complex cross-functional initiatives.  You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced project managers and engage with leaders across Strategy, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to execute projects that support the growth of our businesses.  Specifically, you will:

• Support the delivery of cross-functional projects with multiple senior stakeholders across the organization
• Collaborate with representatives from functions across the firm to develop detailed project plans and timelines
• Lead or support workstream meetings with stakeholders
• Analyze problems and partner to develop solutions
• Assist in the development and deployment of the strategic operating model
• Support end to end implementation across functions
• Develop presentations to provide transparency into programs
• Define standard template and best program management practices for the organization

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a proactive project manager, performing the detailed work and identifying roadblocks
• Be able to build effective partnerships with internal clients and outline options to drive decision making and gain consensus across groups
• Create and deliver compelling presentations, effectively communicate with internal clients, simplify complexity, and provide thoughtful and succinct recommendations
• Be inquisitive and analytical with the ability to gather and synthesize information to challenge assumptions and recommend solutions
• Have at least 3 years of work experience in a financial institution or consulting firm with a demonstrated track record of leading people and implementing complex initiatives
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
