What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge in the features, benefits and application of Arcadia offering
- Hunter mentality and sales process management
- Generating new pipeline through prospect engagements including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn Networking, demos and marketing activities of the company
- Understanding the competitive landscape
- Interacting with and developing relationships with existing Arcadia clients and prospects
- Support in creation of sales presentations to customer and prospects in a sales function (sales engineer, sales operations, sales leadership, and sales representatives)
- Participating in sales planning and strategy meetings
- Achieving sales quota by qualifying top leads
What You'll Bring
- BA/BS degree
- 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven success in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities within a set of named accounts
- Sales experience within health systems, medical groups, or other healthcare organizations
- Leads potential clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that are applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting automation is a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent work ethic; this job requires flexibility to meet customer expectations
- Competitive spirit and strong will to succeed
Would Love for You to Have
- Experience in Population Health or Value Based Care
- Experience working with Health Plan/Payer Organizations
- Ability to learn on the fly, set personal goals, and desire reach outside of JD for personal development
- Ability to work independently and with members of Business Development team on strategic initiatives
