STRATEGIC SOURCING SENIOR ANALYST

Responsibilities:

• Develops & implements strategy for assigned supplier portfolio in accordance with the commodity
strategy for EMEA
• Responsible for delivering annual business results (ex. Cost savings, supplier performance and compliance)
for assigned commodities
• Spend analysis, market insights and total cost of ownership
• Managing sourcing projects, key initiatives, and supplier negotiations
• Driving reporting process to give visibility to the business unit of cost change projects
• Managing the day-to-day relationship with suppliers to build long term rapport and drive extraordinary

results
• Perform capacity analysis and minimize risk in the supply chain

What your background should look like:

• Very Strong analytical and computer-skills
• 5+ years of experience managing sourcing projects and prioritizing multiple key activities in strategic/direct purchasing
• Experience in cost analysis, components cost breakdowns
• Experience in supplier management
• Experience in managing plastic resins compounding (or process and plastic injection molding) is preferred
• Critical thinking & curiosity
• Background in Automotive/Appliances/Aerospace/Industrials is a Plus
• Good common sense in process and risk management/mitigation
• Strong potential and willingness to grow within Procurement organization
• Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering
