This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and risk management, driving high-impact programs that shape how global risk operations function at scale. You will lead complex, ambiguous initiatives that improve risk user experience while strengthening protection against bad actors. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, policy, and data science. You will design and implement operational frameworks that enhance efficiency, consistency, and measurable business outcomes. This is a highly strategic role where you will influence critical decisions and operational direction within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will also act as a key connector across teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution of large-scale initiatives.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex global programs, from scoping and design to implementation and measurement, ensuring alignment with strategic risk operations goals.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Risk, Product, Engineering, Policy, and Data Science to prioritize initiatives and maximize business impact.
- Design and launch scalable programs that significantly improve operational processes, risk detection, and user experience outcomes.
- Identify systemic operational gaps and build structured, data-informed solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness across risk workflows.
- Drive operational excellence by defining, documenting, and optimizing key business processes at scale.
- Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear action plans and deliver measurable, high-impact results across multiple initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in risk program management, operations program management, strategy, business operations, or management consulting.
- Strong ability to work with data, apply first-principles thinking, and derive actionable insights from complex or incomplete information.
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end programs that improved operational performance or transformed business processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity into clear execution plans and deliver measurable impact.
- Experience identifying recurring user or operational issues and building scalable solutions to address them.
- Preferred: consulting background (2+ years), familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn, MBA or advanced degree, and experience working closely with Product, Engineering, or Operations teams.
