This is a new role reporting to our SVP, Strategy & Operations, to accelerate the growth and impact of Mozilla’s existing products while setting the foundation for new product development through strategy development, planning & governance. You will have an opportunity to drive significant impact at a time when Mozilla is positioned to build software that is unambiguously good for the world at scale. You’ll do this by bringing your thought leadership and being a strategic partner to leaders across organizations at Mozilla, and help move the company's vision forward.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Program Management: Plan, manage, and coordinate initiatives and efforts, ensuring alignment with objectives at a more strategic level.
• Systems thinking & problem solving: Ability to frame problems well, identify root causes, drive insights to improve the system, and support decision-makers in strategic and leadership roles to understand and address complex problems.
• Partner Collaboration: Act as a liaison between operational units, encouraging a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Strategic Frameworks: Develop frameworks that simplify complex business questions and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Influence & Communication: Use outstanding communication skills to influence essential team members, including executives, in favor of critical initiatives.
• Project Management: Own and lead key strategy projects from inception to completion.
• Organizational Change: Facilitate the smooth implementation of pivotal initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including experience in strategy or operations roles.
• Strong business sense, with extensive experience in business analysis, commercial, strategy, and/or integration roles.
• Superior communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of an organization, from team members to the executive board.
• Outstanding leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing others.
• Strategic mentality with a curiosity about innovation, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Ability to tie the needs of the business to the mission of a company, to work in both crisis and non-crisis situations and to transform a company or business unit.
