Supervisor, Data & Analytics - Job Description

Position Summary:

Supervisor, Data & Analytics works with large data sets across several digital channels to develop

actionable insights that help drive our client’s business forward. They are a subject matter expert for all

reporting and analytic needs. They translate our analytic offerings to a cloud-based dashboard solution

and identify gaps in data strategy and processes to ensure our offerings capture and measure data in

ways that are meaningful for our clients.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

· Analyze information to bring forward insights and recommend optimizations to improve long-term results and engagement of clients’ web properties and media

· Communicate concise data points, trends, and measurement strategies to a broad audience

· Development of reports, data visualization, and dashboards

· Ensuring quality and consistency of data from internal tools and external partners

· Support development of campaign KPIs and benchmarks

· Addressing adhoc request and identifying areas of improvement for analytic offering

· Responsible for the evaluation of existing and new analytical software programs.

· Help to identify gaps in the overall data strategy and processes and collaboratively implement enhancements

· Guide clients towards measurement and marketing analytics best practices

· Collaborate with key agency partners to develop campaign goals and align them with key performance indicators

· Stay abreast of industry trends and developments

· Train and mentor junior team members in career development

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree in an analytic-focused field (e.g. statistics, engineering, social sciences, economics, etc.)

Minimum Work Experience:

· 5-8 years of experience in a related field such as digital analytics, campaign analytics and management, and data analysis. Experience in Healthcare preferred.

Other Requirements (e.g. Skills):

· May require up to 10% travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays

· Experience using tools such as: Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio), Tableau (or similar visualization tool), Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and working knowledge of ad serving platforms
