About the Role
The Integrations Technical Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of integration specialists and overseeing the integration of our calendar software solutions with clients' systems. This role involves project management, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to ensure seamless integrations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your Area of Focus
- Supervise and mentor a team of integration specialists.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the integration specialists, assisting with complex technical challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve integration processes.
- Implement best practices and quality assurance procedures to ensure seamless and error-free integrations.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve integration issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, including technical specifications, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Â Identify training needs within the team and provide training and development opportunities.
- Â Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Â Prepare regular reports on integration case status, key performance indicators, and team performance.
- Present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
Your Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical operations and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies, protocols, and API management.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Remote Pay Range
$65,250—$79,750 USD
