    • Demonstrated ability to convert business strategy and operational objectives into practical, executable process designs.
    • Experience partnering with technology teams to support digital transformation and enterprise system implementations.
    • Strong expertise in end-to-end process mapping, workflow design, governance, and process optimization methodologies.
    • Ability to define and communicate business rules, decision logic, process flows, and operational controls clearly and effectively.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
    • Supply chain domain knowledge across areas such as planning, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, order management, or service operations is considered an asset.
    • Familiarity with process performance measurement, automation strategies, exception management, and continuous improvement frameworks.
    • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or related process improvement disciplines are advantageous.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in evolving transformation environments.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive annual salary ranging from CAD $71,800 to $114,800, based on experience, skills, and location.
      • Eligibility for discretionary performance-based incentive compensation.
