• Potential total compensation: $400,000-$470,000

• Daily work schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hours shifts;
  • Most of your time will be in the Surgical ICU and OR
  • Limited Clinic time
  • 1/4 call coverage.
• Paid Time Off: 50–55 days per year
• No Employment Contract so you can work in other facilities as long as you do not treat veterans there.
• Malpractice tail coverage provided
• Surgical Resident mentorship and teaching
