Onit, Inc. seeks a Systems Administrator to manage diverse IT infrastructure across global locations. This role involves overseeing Windows and macOS environments, onboarding/offboarding processes, access management, and daily IT operations. The administrator will also contribute to IT projects for efficiency, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain business applications on Windows and macOS devices.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, video conferencing, hardware, and software issues.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and user accounts (Active Directory, Azure AD).
• Enforce access control policies and maintain device security (MDM with JAMF/Intune, CrowdStrike).
• Complete ownership of Onboarding and Offboarding process.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity platforms.
• Implement and enforce access control policies for file systems, cloud services, and internal applications.
• Good knowledge and experience in SharePoint, Teams, JAMF, Azure, Microsoft licensing, Slack, Ring Central, Cloudflare, Logitech, NVR and CrowdStrike.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
• Manage hardware inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements globally.
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate global repairs/replacements.
• Handle IT projects like device refresh, SSO implementation, and remote work enablement.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in user administration and end-user management.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, JAMF, Azure, Slack, RingCentral, and CrowdStrike.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Administrator Associate (MD-100, MD-101)
• Apple Certified Support Professional
• CompTIA A+ / Security+
• ITIL 4 Foundation
