System Analyst - India (Remote)

Bitcoin Depot is seeking a System Analyst to join the team.

• Examine and evaluate current systems
• Identify system requirements
• Communicating with management and employees to determine system requirements
• Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features
• Document interfaces between new and legacy systems
• Validate changes by testing programs
• First level analysis of critical production issues

• Solid knowledge of business information systems and SDLC (Software development lifecycle)
• Experience in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, practices, principles, tools, and policies.
• Experience implementing, managing and maintaining knowledge management aspects of digital workplace systems such as Google Workplace, Office 365, Notion, Confluence, Intranet etc
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and AWS to analyze the logs and monitor the systems
• Meet and coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document  project scope, system goals, requirements etc
• Experience collaborating with technology and business staff to gather and document systems, processes, services, information flow diagrams etc
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively and translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• A good problem-solving attitude
