Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain virtualization environment to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to determine causes and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement IT projects and initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and strict security measures across all systems.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to end-users, addressing their IT needs efficiently.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and recovery procedures.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes.

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role in IT.
