Systems Architect - Freelance

This freelance role is fully remote and the individual must be based in the US or Canada.

The Role

We're searching for a passionate Freelance Systems Architect to think beyond the ordinary and help innovate new products and services that our clients and their customers will use and love every day.

You'll collaborate closely with our internal teams, including User Experience, Research, Design, Content Strategy, and Production. Your expertise will help guide our internal teams in translating customer needs and pain points into strategic opportunities for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Act as conduit between the client's CIO and their team of engineers to translate into layperson terms.
• Work closely with client's C level executives to understand the necessary technology and requirements that will lead to the success of the project.
• Help guide and support the UX team, and validate their work based on technical requirements and limitations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 / D365
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM
• Computer Engineering background
• Strong strategic thinker
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work East Coast hours
• Ability to possibly travel (minimal)
