Job Description

Primary Function of this Position

This role is the subject matter expert responsible for providing all day-to-day execution of Intuitive Surgical India Talent Acquisition Coordination/Operations activities. As a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring that candidates and new joiners have a meaningful candidate experience while making sure that control points are in place throughout the whole journey. Based in Bangalore, India, Talent Acquisition Coordinator is expected to be a subject matter expertise of local regulations, on top of providing exceptional client service, cross-functional support, country governance control and quality monitoring alongside delivering process enhancement to the Local Markets’ candidate experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with different organizations, recruiting agencies, interviewers and applicants to coordinate and schedule interviews & travel arrangements, while enhancing candidate experience.
  • Conduct regular process control in support of regulatory requirements, particulate in any project related or mitigation if needed (ex. Background checks, offer automations, etc)
  • For all systems / process in the Talent Acquisition operations and process, ensure that data integrity is monitored and maintained. Maintenance of data includes candidate movement of applicants, data inputs of candidate information and requisition creation.
  • Contribute to projects from both local and regional point of view to make sure a seemly candidate experience throughout their journey from pre to post offers.
  • Coordinate for Intuitive Surgical India end to end employee hiring and onboarding activities, liaoning with internal stakeholders and external partners, while enhancing global/local policies.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters, Local HR, Regional Teams, and other global partners to ensure a seamless offer and onboarding process with excellent experience to applicants and new joiners.
  • Perform reporting on recruitment follow up, invoicing and position status.
  • Initiate, lead and manage requisition creation and governance process.
  • Attend and Manage meet and greet for candidate interviews onsite, when applicable.
  • Ensure all relevant documents are properly filed and organized.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Operations experience and career progression in an international, fast growing and matrixed environment.
  • Experience maintaining, administering, and improving TA/HR Operations, Systems and vendor management.
  • Individual should have strong experience on Microsoft Office, Desktop and cloud tools(eg., google docs)
  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgement that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, or government law.
  • Experience in effectively communicating, supporting multiple stakeholders across multiple time zones and working across multiple cultures (US, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, India, Singapore)
  • Experience in working with multiple sources of data with high attention to details.
  • Ability to balance local requirements with functional and/or corporate objectives.
  • High level of communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust, credibility, and strong, productive relationships.
  • Fluency in English and local languages
  • Excellent organizational and project/program management skills.
  • High integrity and trust and the ability to manage complex and sensitive information confidentially and effectively.
