We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent for various roles within our organization. The Talent Acquisition Associate will collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute recruitment plans to ensure the continuous growth and success of our workforce.
Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source qualified candidates.

Proactively identify potential candidates through innovative sourcing techniques and strategies.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.

Collaboration with Hiring Team:

Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive sourcing plans.

Provide guidance and expertise on market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent availability.

Maintain open communication with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and candidate profiles.

Candidate Engagement and Experience:

Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Effectively communicate the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities to candidates.

Data Management and Reporting:
-
Track and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system.

Generate regular reports on sourcing metrics, including candidate pipeline, conversion rates, and time-to-fill, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new sourcing tools and technologies.

Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the recruitment process for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Associate or Recruiter, preferably within the BPO industry.

Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
