Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote)
Job Description
Roivant’s mission is to systematically reduce the time, cost, and risk of delivering new medicines to market by accelerating the development of promising drug candidates to improve the lives of patients and their families. Since its inception in 2014, Roivant has achieved the following critical milestones in support of its vision: built over 20 portfolio companies (Vants); 5 successful IPOs; $3B partnership with global pharma; pipeline of over 40 assets across various modalities and therapeutic areas; 10 successful phase 3 readouts since 2019; launched VTAMA®, (tapinarof) cream, 1%, for the topical treatment of plaque psoriasis in adults. Building upon this track record of establishing a robust pipeline through in-licensing and acquisition of novel assets and technology platforms, Roivant is currently building new capabilities in drug discovery and expanding upon existing development disciplines to become the leading tech-enabled pharmaceutical company.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Talent Acquisition leader who will be a key member of the Roivant People Team. The Talent Acquisition Manger will be responsible for collaborating with leaders across Roivant and our portfolio of “Vants” to develop and drive talent acquisition strategies and search execution.
Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application/initial outreach to offer
- Serve as a trusted partner by building strong relationships with hiring managers
- Scale incubating portfolio companies to ensure operational excellence
- Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand the business needs and build an informed recruiting strategy
- Execute with a sense of urgency
- Effectively manage external search firms as needed
- Utilize, update, and maintain Talent Acquisition tools and systems.
- Establish and utilize recruiting reports, metrics and analytics to keep stakeholders informed and enable data-driven decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree ideally in life sciences
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in R&D within biopharma required. A combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience is ideal
- Proven ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting and hiring process from end to end
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience developing recruiting and sourcing strategies and techniques
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-motivated professional who has a strong work ethic, agility, and intellectual curiosity to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative, and often ambiguous environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence at all levels
