You will partner closely with leaders across product, design, and engineering teams to build high-performing, diverse teams that deliver impactful digital experiences. Operating in a fast-paced and distributed environment, you will manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple geographies and disciplines. The role blends sourcing expertise, stakeholder partnership, and candidate experience ownership, ensuring every hiring journey is thoughtful, efficient, and inclusive. You will also collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to maintain hiring quality and consistency at scale. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment delivery while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers across global teams. You will be responsible for building strong pipelines, improving hiring processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across product, design, engineering, and related digital roles in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, align on hiring strategies, and support structured interview processes.
- Source, engage, and assess candidates across international markets, building diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
- Deliver a seamless and human-centered candidate experience that is clear, timely, and respectful.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment on priorities, quality standards, and hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment tools, processes, and practices to increase efficiency and scalability.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting for product, design, engineering, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-role recruiting across different teams and geographies.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging passive candidates globally.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, Slack, or similar systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and guide stakeholders effectively.
- Deep focus on candidate experience, ensuring fairness, clarity, and professionalism throughout the process.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
