Bugcrowd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help our business expand by hiring top-notch professionals. In this role, you will assist Hiring Managers to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies. Your duties will include partnering with hiring managers to source, screen and close ideal candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a hiring strategy in consultation with hiring managers.
- Determining the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process.
- Designing eye-catching recruitment postings.
- Screening applicants via ZOOM, emails and phone calls.
- Following up on note-worthy informal and networking referrals.
- Scheduling interviews with short-listed candidates on behalf of the hiring team.
- Supporting hiring teams in making objective hiring decisions and closing finalists.
Requirements:
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills toward developing successful hiring strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.
- Demonstrable recruitment experience and success in a related position.
- Knowledge of Human Resources databases, hiring strategies, and applicable labor law.
- Experience with Greenhouse (ATS), HIRED and LinkedIn
- Proficient with Google Apps, Slack and ZOOM
- Proficient with social media platforms
Pay Range Disclosure: The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to Qualifications, Geographical Location, Education/certifications, Experience, Skill Sets, Training, and other business and organizational needs.Â
A reasonable estimate of the current range for the position of Talent Acquisition Partner base is: $70,000- $80,000
This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
