Job Description

Team: Recruiting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Spain.

This is a high-impact, fully remote recruiting role focused on supporting fast-paced, high-volume hiring across multiple business functions, including technical and professional roles. You will act as a key partner to hiring managers, ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end recruitment process while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality. In this role, you will take ownership of active requisitions, drive sourcing strategies, and keep pipelines moving efficiently in a dynamic SaaS environment. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams, balancing speed, structure, and quality in every hiring cycle. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in autonomous environments and enjoys building strong, trust-based partnerships with stakeholders. You will also contribute to improving recruitment processes and leveraging modern tools, including AI-supported sourcing and screening workflows.

Accountabilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions across technical and non-technical roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and alignment on hiring timelines.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using proactive sourcing methods and AI-assisted recruiting tools.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a consistent process across all stages.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, panel alignment, and debrief facilitation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS records, including candidate progression, feedback, and dispositioning.
  • Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to prioritize requisitions and manage workload distribution effectively.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and hiring insights to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and proactively contribute to continuous improvement within the recruitment function.
  • Requirements

    • 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within SaaS or technology environments.
    • Proven success in recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other specialized functions.
    • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
    • Strong sourcing capabilities, including the use of modern recruitment tools, automation, or AI-assisted platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
    • Highly autonomous working style with strong ownership mindset and ability to operate with minimal oversight.
    • Experience working with ATS platforms such as Workday or similar systems is an advantage.
    • Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions beyond technical roles when needed.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
    • Experience in international recruiting environments is a plus.
    • Benefits

      • Fully remote position with flexibility to work from multiple regions.
      • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
      • Comprehensive benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans (where applicable).
      • Unlimited paid time off and a strong focus on work-life balance.
      • Global mental health and well-being support programs.
      • Learning and development resources, including on-demand training and professional growth opportunities.
      • Quarterly paid volunteer days to support community engagement.
      • Employee referral bonus program.
      • Structured onboarding and strong support from experienced talent acquisition leadership.
      • Collaborative, people-first culture with strong emphasis on ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.
