This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - High Volume based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful recruitment strategies within a fast-paced, global environment.
You will manage full-cycle hiring activities for high-volume positions while partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams.
The position combines sourcing expertise, candidate engagement, process optimization, and workforce planning support.
You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
The ideal candidate will enjoy solving recruitment challenges, managing multiple priorities, and working in a collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - High Volume, you will own the recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles, ensuring efficient hiring processes while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to develop effective sourcing strategies and continuously improve recruitment operations.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for high-volume hiring across multiple business areas.
  • Source, engage, and evaluate candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct recruiter screening interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, motivation, and cultural alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support recurring and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, recruitment priorities, and evolving business requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and hiring outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction campaigns as needed.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate is an experienced recruitment professional with strong sourcing capabilities and a proven ability to manage high-volume hiring processes. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple priorities, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver successful hiring outcomes.

    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-volume recruitment environments.
    • Experience recruiting for customer support, operations, gaming, BPO, technology, or similar industries.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
    • Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work effectively in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
    • Experience using modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies.
    • Ability to influence hiring managers and provide market insights throughout the recruitment process.
    • Experience supporting multilingual recruitment initiatives is a plus.
    • Experience recruiting across European markets is beneficial.
    • Familiarity with recruitment analytics, workforce planning, and hiring performance metrics is preferred.
    • Experience within gaming, outsourcing, or technology recruitment environments is an advantage.
