  • Support the development of recruiting dashboards and performance reporting for leadership visibility.
  • Manage candidate communications including scheduling, updates, and status notifications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives within the recruiting function.
  • Maintain recruiting documentation such as job descriptions, interview guides, and process templates.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or technology environments.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
    • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and structured outreach strategies to engage passive talent.
    • Experience conducting structured phone and video interviews with independent assessment capabilities.
    • Strong understanding of ATS systems and disciplined approach to data accuracy and pipeline management.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.
    • Ability to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment requiring strong ownership and initiative.
    • Experience with recruiting analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools is a plus.
    • Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) or recruiting automation workflows is a strong plus.
    • Experience working in small HR teams or high-autonomy environments is an advantage.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards (contract role).
      • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
      • Opportunity to own end-to-end recruiting processes with high visibility and impact.
      • Exposure to AI-powered recruiting innovation and workflow automation initiatives.
