We are looking for a Talent Engagement Coordinator who will play a vital role in facilitating a thriving work environment at Jama Software. The role’s main focus is on talent acquisition and onboarding/offboarding support, but they also collaborate across Jama Software to attract and engage employees. We are excited to bring on someone who will foster a welcoming and inclusive environment by supporting the development, implementation, and execution of various programs and initiatives such as onboarding, recruitment, employee engagement, and DEIB activities. In addition, you will provide invaluable support to promote our culture and diversity activities.  

What You'll Do: 
  • Drive an excellent candidate experience at every step of the recruiting process. Support candidates through the interview process by scheduling interviews and meetings, preparing offer letters, and other recruitment and offer activities. Be the point person for candidate questions to ensure they have a positive experience. 
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring roles are posted with accuracy. Explore ways to create further efficiencies in recruiting systems and processes.
  • In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, develop initiatives and programs to build Jama Software’s employee brand and enhance talent acquisition services.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a best-in-class experience for each team member. Develop Jama Softwares’s onboarding program to best serve new hires in their adaptation to their new role while supporting managers in how they can ensure their new hire’s success in a global, remote-first environment.
  • Lead the offboarding process for departing employees, collaborating across G&A functions so that exits happen smoothly and efficiently for all involved.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain employee programs and activities to promote a positive work environment in a distributed employee population. Grow and nurture positive relationships with employees to support engagement and retention, keeping a pulse on Jama Software’s culture to help advise People Team activities. Celebrate employee anniversaries and achievements through all-Jama Software communications and reward programs.
  • Work with internal employee committees and employee resource groups to support their work of creating a highly engaged culture in which team members of all backgrounds feel valued and included.
  • Be responsible for the Affirmative Action Plan program, ensuring that we follow through on our commitment to diversity activities and programs occur. Support reporting efforts as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and standard processes to ensure our talent engagement programs are competitive and effective.
What You'll Bring: 
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and HR systems.
  • Knowledge of talent-acquisition activities, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars in a global environment.
  • General working knowledge of HR and employee engagement principles and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and operate with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • High drive and initiative, seeing opportunities in problems, with a drive to action.
  • Highly social, employee-focused, and passionate about workplace happiness and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Comfortable in a fast pace, constantly evolving environment. Flexible with the ability to respond quickly to changing needs and priorities, and run multiple projects simultaneously. 
Nice to Have: 
  • Experience working in a remote-first technology company.
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Previous experience managing onboarding programs.
  • Previous experience implementing employee engagement activities and programs.
