Job Description
The Talent Management Lead on the Growth & Development (G&D) team will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of various talent management programs and processes. This is an individual contributor role that will take lead in supporting various talent programs which may include: goal setting, check-in conversations, promotions, talent days, succession planning, and talent reviews. In this role you’ll have the ability to build from scratch, improve and scale, and partner in fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.

- Ensure equity is centered in the design and implementation of talent management initiatives.Â
- Effectively manage projects to ensure they are delivered within scope, on track, and on time to the agreed-upon level of quality.
- Maintain ongoing collaboration and partnership across our People & Culture (P&C) team.
- Lead change management efforts to support program implementation, ensuring successful adoption and integration of our talent management programs.
- Support the design and delivery of communications and training materials to provide educational resources to managers and employees on program launches.
- Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and make continuous improvements to enhance participant experience and business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management, and proactively propose innovative ideas and solutions to enhance our programming.
- You have 5+ years of relevant talent management experience. However, depth of skill and role-related competence will be prioritized over years of experience.
- You are a business minded people and culture professional who likes to partner with the business to solve problems.Â
- You have a strong understanding of talent management processes and principles and demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing talent solutions that tie back to business results.
- You have program management experience including scoping, leading, and delivering complex projects. You also have an excellent track record across all phases including implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- You consistently leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and process improvements.

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.
