Talent Solutions | Contract Technical Architect (4+ months)

This pivotal position resides within our Talent Solutions division, where we have established a strong partnership with one of our valued clients. The role of Technical System/Solution Architect is external to our internal operations at Myers-Holum, focusing exclusively on the dynamic needs of this client's North Carolina project. As part of our Talent Solutions arm, this role plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and documenting the IT systems for the client's project, emphasizing both technical expertise and the ability to lead integration efforts effectively. By serving external needs, this position contributes directly to our commitment to providing tailored and specialized solutions to our trusted clients while maintaining the high standards synonymous with the Talent Solutions arm of our organization.

Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing 

Role: Technical System/Solution Architect

Location: US (preferably EST timezone due to coordination with UK Leadership)

Travel: Required to NC and potentially Mississippi (reasonable expenses covered)

Status: MHI in build phase, Go-Live scheduled for April 2024

Key Qualifications (Provided by CTO):

• Design, implement, and document IT systems/landscape for the North Carolina project (both test and production)
• NetSuite experience, including integration of WMS systems and other components
• Strong technical ability to guide and lead teams for correct integrations and implementations
• Testing experience, with preference for Testing Manager role (test strategy and production)
• Identify organizational needs, define system specifications, and break down into manageable parts
• Plan and design technology system structures, communicate with clients (UL&UC)
• Provide recommendations for best products and solutions to clients
• Oversee implementation in both test and production phases, ensuring connectivity (firewall, etc.) between applications
• Liaise with software development team on issues, such as defects
• Ensure correct data flow for test and production across all applications
• Documentation of processes and GAP documentation
