YOU WILL:

• Source candidates. Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  
• Screen candidates. Pre-screen inbound resumes and conduct the initial phone screen to evaluate for both skill/experience/technical fit as well as culture add’s.
  
• Coordinate Interviews. Be the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure that the candidates have a great experience with the interview process. 
• Strategically improve sourcing methods to build talent pipelines and conduct talent mapping
• Strategize different ways to maintain internal candidate database within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) 
• Support various hiring projects, including employer branding updates ( Video interviews, copy writing for social media campaigns, etc.)

YOU ARE:

• Excited to grow your career, with 1-2 years of equivalent talent sourcing or recruiting coordinator experience in a high-volume environment; internships count. 
• Life-long learner; You will take the time to get comfortable with our technical stack and frameworks beyond just reviewing resumes based on keywords.
• Coachable; you are eager to learn and crave constructive criticism
• Flexible; you understand dv01 is a growing organization and can be nimble and navigate occasional ambiguity while having a solution-oriented mindset
• Able to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
• A strong communicator. Proactive with clear, effective verbal and written communication. Know your audience and ability to shift your communication style to talk from candidates, community contacts, fellow team members, and especially c-suite execs.
• Familiar with implementing Boolean sourcing searches 
• Knowledgeable with social media advertisement, sourcing, & copy writing
• Experienced sourcing for technical roles is a major plus

In good faith our salary range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 but are not tied to it. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience, expertise, and other business considerations.
