Tech Lead IA/Agentic/ADK/Agentes Conversacionais - GCP

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tech Lead IA/Agentic/ADK/Agentes Conversacionais - GCP based in Brazil.

In this role, you will lead the architecture and design of advanced AI-powered conversational systems, acting as the technical reference for the “brain” behind intelligent agents. You will be responsible for shaping end-to-end agentic architectures that combine LLM orchestration, cloud-native scalability, and enterprise-grade security. This position involves deep hands-on technical leadership, working with cutting-edge frameworks for agent orchestration and generative AI. You will define conversational flows, routing logic, and guardrails that ensure safe, reliable, and scalable AI interactions. In addition, you will play a key role in designing cloud architectures on GCP, ensuring observability, performance, and production readiness. • Design and lead the end-to-end architecture of conversational AI agents, defining the “brain” of intelligent systems using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Structure complex conversational journeys, including intent classification, conditional routing, and dynamic dialogue flows.
• Define cloud architecture on GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE), ensuring scalability, resilience, observability, and production readiness.
• Establish guardrails, safety rules, and secure handoff mechanisms between AI systems and human agents or external channels.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams, acting as the main architectural reference point for AI solutions.
• Ensure continuous knowledge transfer, documentation, and alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Support solution validation, architecture decisions, and implementation guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software or AI architecture, with proven experience designing scalable, complex systems.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and API Gateway.
• Hands-on experience (1–2+ years) with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks for LLM orchestration and agent-based systems.
• Solid experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based architectures.
• Strong Python programming skills applied to AI/ML and backend systems.
• Experience with AI observability, evaluation pipelines (tracing, evals), and implementation of guardrails and safety mechanisms.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as Tech Lead or Solutions Architect, including client-facing technical leadership.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques such as NLP, anomaly detection, or probabilistic matching.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs (REST) and/or automation tools (RPA), including platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices including CI/CD, DevOps, MLOps, and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and lead multidisciplinary discussions.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments or additional platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
