• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions, from requirement gathering and sourcing strategies to offer management and onboarding support.
• Develop and execute proactive hunting and sourcing strategies using multiple platforms, talent databases, and advanced search techniques.
• Identify new candidate attraction channels and optimize job advertisement strategies to maximize talent engagement.
• Collaborate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment plans.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews, assessing both skills and cultural fit.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), timelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate pipelines within applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring full process visibility and traceability.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, provide status updates to stakeholders, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and hiring outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and deliver an outstanding recruitment experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, with solid expertise in end-to-end technology recruitment and selection processes.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, including hunting techniques and Boolean search strategies.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and talent management tools.
• Experience conducting technical and behavioral interviews for a wide range of technology profiles.
• Ability to manage high volumes of vacancies and multiple stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
• Experience tracking recruitment KPIs, managing SLAs, and maintaining organized recruitment pipelines.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, prioritization abilities, and strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to work with urgency in dynamic environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical or university degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, People Management, or related fields.
• Advanced English skills, experience in recruitment consulting environments, knowledge of specialized technology domains (such as SAP, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Development, ERP, or AI), and familiarity with agile methodologies are considered strong advantages.
