Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Tech recruiting cluster within our TA team — guiding mentoring and aligning recruiters to deliver top talent.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex Tech roles worldwide.

  • Partner directly with Tech leadership and hiring managers aligning recruitment strategies with critical business needs.

  • Design and execute employer branding campaigns that position Trafilea as the destination for elite IT talent.

  • Optimize recruitment processes tools and metrics (time-to-fill cost-per-hire conversion).

  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.

  • 5+ years of experience as an Tech recruiter with proven success on sourcing and closing complex tech roles.

  • 2+ years leading or mentoring recruiters — you know how to motivate align and scale a team.

  • Bachelor’s in Business HR or related field.

  • Agile KPI/OKR-driven mindset; comfortable managing metrics to improve performance.

  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with IT leaders and senior stakeholders.

  • Proactive organized and hands-on — you remove blockers solve problems and make things happen.
